- 6 or so apples, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- fresh lime juice (1 lime)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
- In a baking dish, combine and toss apples, honey, pecans, and lime juice.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and butter. Work the butter into the dry mixture with fingers to create a crumble topping.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
