4th of July in DC
We spent the long weekend weekend kicking back and enjoying the city we live in as locals, instead of tourists. Getting out of work early on Friday started things off right with a late lunch at an outdoor cafe in Eastern Market. We had meals with friends and stayed in our neighborhood. Monday was full of festivities. We attended the Barracks Row parade for the first time since moving to DC and followed it up with fireworks on the roof.
