Friday's Fancies: LBD

The holidays are right around the corner. {I am currently covering my ears and shaking my head in denial. There is still too much to do!} It is time to kick start the holiday gift guide with a little gift to ourselves.  With open houses and work parties to attend, having the right outfit is important.  Here are my top three criteria:

1. Will swing from day to night. Read: Comfortable.
2. Requires little fuss.  Read: No tucking and tugging.
3. Will last me beyond the holiday season.  Read: Not color coordinated plaid.

Black and Navy.  Separately they are my staples, together they are dynamite.

My favorite part of this outfit is the embelished neckline on the dress, meaning I won't need to add much else!
